Welcome to the Austin Masonic Library & Museum
The Austin Masonic Library & Museum is dedicated to the collection, conservation, and exhibition of historical Masonic artifacts, documents and regalia. We honor the legacy of Freemasons who shaped Austin’s history by providing a sanctuary for learning, historical research, and the timeless pursuit of truth.
The Museum, scheduled to open Spring 2034 at the 195th anniversary of Freemasonry in Central Texas. It will offer a transformative, world-class experience that invites guests to explore the history and heritage of Freemasonry in Central Texas. This state-of-the-art facility will combine historical storytelling with cutting-edge immersive elements, including a museum, research library and special event spaces.
The museum will showcase a growing collection of its artifacts, regalia and documents. Access will be free to the public.
Preserving Freemasonry’s Rich Heritage
The Museum was established in 2025 in Austin, Texas with the goal of collecting Masonic artifacts, documents, regalia, artwork and books to be made accessible to the public in a future building to be located in the City of Austin.
The intent is to preserve the rich heritage of Freemasons and their influence on Austin and the Central Texas region.
